SSO and MSO Annual Session
Registration Fee Includes:

Badges & Event Tickets
Registered attendees will receive a badge to wear for all events. Badges and lanyards can be picked up onsite at the registration kiosks beginning October 15th at 7:30 am. You will also be given a complimentary meeting tote bag, sponsored by Angel Aligner.
Meeting App
Meeting handouts and details will be available on the Meeting App. We will email instructions for downloading the app from Apple and Google Play stores.
CE Vouchers
CE attendance forms will no longer be distributed after the Annual Meeting. To receive CE credit, attendees must scan the QR code provided at the end of each lecture and complete the required evaluation for every session attended. Following the Annual Meeting, the SSO will submit all completed evaluation data to the AAO. Once CE certificates and/or transcripts become available, attendees will receive an email notification from the AAO. Certificates may then be downloaded from the AAO Member Website under: Learning > CE Manager.
Dress Code
Business casual for meetings.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing by October 1, 2026. Full refunds will be provided if you cancel on or before September 17, 2026. A cancellation fee of 15% will be applied if you cancel between September 18, 2026, and October 1, 2026. No refunds will be accepted after October 1, 2026. Refunds for special events will be considered but cannot be guaranteed due to commitments to venues. All requests for refunds or cancellations must be made in writing to the SSO at ssoevents@ssortho.org.
Hotel cancellations should be done directly with the hotel.
No Smoking Policy
No tobacco products, vaping, or smoking of any kind allowed.
