Badges & Event Tickets

Registered attendees will receive a badge to wear for all events. Badges and lanyards can be picked up onsite at the registration kiosks beginning October 15th at 7:30 am. You will also be given a complimentary meeting tote bag, sponsored by Angel Aligner.

Meeting App

Meeting handouts and details will be available on the Meeting App. We will email instructions for downloading the app from Apple and Google Play stores.

CE Vouchers

CE surveys will be required for each lecture. Vouchers will be made available through the AAO CE Platform once the survey is completed. Please note that it may take up to one month for vouchers to become available on the CE platform.

Dress Code

Business casual for meetings. 

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation requests can be made up until October 1, 2026. Full refunds will be provided if you cancel before September 17, 2026. A cancellation fee of 15% will be applied if you cancel between September 18, 2026 and October 1, 2026. No refunds will be accepted after October 24, 2026. All requests for refunds or cancellations must be made in writing to the SSO at ssoevents@ssortho.org.

 

Hotel cancellations should be done directly with the hotel.

No tobacco products, vaping, or smoking of any kind allowed.

ADA CERP is a service of the American Dental Association to assist dental professionals in identifying quality providers of continuing dental education. ADA CERP does not approve or endorse individual courses or instructors, nor does it imply acceptance of credit hours by boards of dentistry. 

Southern Society of Orthodontists designates this activity for 17 continuing education credits.
